Where do you ship to?

How long does shipping take?

🐾 Some products ship from partner suppliers, so delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Will I receive tracking?

🐾 If tracking isn’t available for a specific item or destination, we’ll still keep you updated on your order.

When will my order be processed?
🐾 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
🐾 During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?
🐾 Yes — tracking updates can sometimes appear in batches, especially when parcels move between carriers.
🐾 If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

What is your return policy?
🐾 If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
🐾 Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
🐾 Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
🐾 We’re sorry about that.
🐾 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
🐾 A photo of the item
🐾 A photo of the packaging label
🐾 Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Do you offer refunds?
🐾 Yes — if your return is approved, or if an item is confirmed faulty or lost, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
🐾 Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How do I choose the right size?

🐾 If you’re unsure, send us your pet’s measurements and we’ll do our best to recommend a suitable size.

Are your harnesses suitable for cats as well as dogs?
