Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US, UK and Eurozone. If your country isn’t available at checkout, it may be temporarily unsupported.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days depending on your location and the item. Some products ship from partner suppliers, so delivery can take a little longer.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — tracking is provided for most orders. If tracking isn’t available for a specific item or destination, we’ll still keep you updated.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?
Sometimes tracking updates in batches, especially while the parcel is in transit between carriers. If it hasn’t moved for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll check it for you.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
What’s your return policy?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help you with the next steps. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty/damaged.
My item arrived damaged / wrong — what do I do?
Sorry about that — please message us within 48 hours of delivery with:

🐾 A photo of the packaging label
🐾 We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Do you offer refunds?
If your return is approved or an item is confirmed faulty/lost, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Product Questions
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page and measure your pet (neck/chest/back where applicable). If you’re unsure, message us with your pet’s measurements and we’ll recommend a size.
Are your harnesses suitable for cats as well as dogs?
Some are — it depends on the product. Look for “cat compatible” or check the description for fit guidance.
Do you have no-pull harnesses?
We stock options designed to reduce pulling. Results vary by pet — training and fit also make a big difference.
Do you offer discounts or bundles?
We run offers from time to time. Keep an eye on the site (or sign up to our newsletter if you have one).
