We want you to feel confident shopping with Pawsitive4s. Because many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, our returns and refund process is a little different from a standard high-street retailer.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or video showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, resend, partial refund, store credit, or full refund depending on the issue.

Items not received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate using the tracking information.

In some cases, we may ask you to confirm delivery details before a refund or replacement can be approved.

Change-of-mind returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong item, size, or colour
- items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Returns

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery and may be sent to an overseas returns address.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

International orders

We currently sell to customers in the UK, USA, and selected international destinations.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs processes, and the item ordered.

Customers are responsible for checking any local import rules, taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in their country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
