Thanks for shopping with Pawsitive4s. Here’s how shipping works from checkout to delivery.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times
We currently ship to the UK, USA, and selected international destinations
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the item and destination.

Tracking
Tracking is available for most orders and will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates can take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple packages
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels from different warehouses. You won’t be charged extra shipping for this.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or peak seasons. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll help.

Missing or lost parcels
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within 15 days of the shipping date, contact us and we’ll investigate.
