🐾 During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location and the specific item. Estimated delivery is typically:

🐾 UK, USA, Eurozone: [7–15] business days

🐾 International: [10–25] business days

Some items may ship from trusted partner suppliers, which can affect delivery times. If your order arrives earlier than expected, that’s a win.

Tracking

🐾 Tracking is available for most orders and will be emailed once your order ships.

🐾 Tracking updates can take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels (sometimes from different warehouses). You won’t be charged extra shipping for this.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Delays
